Meet Bilal Memon
Bilal Memon has worked in accounting and tax since 2011. He spent the early part of that career in CPA firms before starting Smart Tax and Accounting.
Since then the firm has served hundreds of businesses, with the same two aims for each of them: stay fully compliant with the IRS and the state, and maximize their savings.

Where is your accounting office in Chicago?
At 6346 N Campbell Ave, Chicago, IL 60659, on the North Side between Western Avenue and California Avenue. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and street parking outside is free.
What areas do you serve?
Chicago and the near north suburbs, including Rogers Park, Lincolnwood, Skokie and Evanston. Accounting and tax work well at a distance, so we also take clients in other states.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. Email or call, tell us about the business, and we take it from there.
Is Smart Tax and Accounting registered to file tax returns?
Yes. The firm is an IRS e-file provider and is registered with the state for sales, payroll and income tax filing.
Do you work with individuals as well as businesses?
Both. Most of our work is for businesses, and we prepare personal returns for individuals and for the owners of the businesses we look after.
